Fire Survival
Cables
Electrical systems are estimated to be the cause of around one fifth of all fires. Cables can contribute significantly not only to the cause of fires, but also to the spread of fire and to heat emission in case of fire.

Our specially constructed fire survival cables maintain their integrity even when exposed to fire, ensuring that all your critical circuits are protected.

Applications
Fire Survival cables are used in sensitive environments to maintain circuit integrity during and after any incidence of fire. They are designed to withstand high temperatures of a defined period without any electrical breakdown.

Fire testing methods and building safety standards often define specific fire safety requirements applicable to cables. The construction of our Fire Survival cables is different compared to ordinary cables. The conductor is manufactured with a specially designed heat barrier and fire resistant insulation which resists the fire to reach conductor surface.
